March 5-9 Week in Review

Hello and welcome back, Beauties!! Happy Friday!! I hope you all had a great week. Since it’s Friday, it’s time to go over my looks and standout products from the week. If you’re interested in checking out how the week went, just keep on reading.

I went into this week prepared for the challenge of using the Too Faced Chocolate Gold palette, since that’s the one you guys selected to be my palette for the entire month of March. Between focusing on that palette and testing concealers for a post I’m working on, I haven’t really tried too many products this week that truly stood out that I haven’t talked about beore. Because of this, we’ll only be checking out the looks from this week.

So, without further delay, let’s get into it!

Okay so, here are the looks from this week. I had to grab for other palettes and single shadows to achieve the looks I wanted, since the four mattes in the TF Chocolate Gold are two browns, a black and a cream. I made a point of it to use a different color from the palette each day, and I must say I’ve had some adjusted opinions on the palette that we’ll definitely be visiting at the end of the month. I still stand behind my original review, and do enjoy it, I’ve just found that not every shade performs the same.

I think that the look I loved the most this week was Tuesday’s look. This gold lid with orange in the crease (to match my shirt, of course) was just everything. I’m wearing the shade Chocolate Gold on the lid, and I love the richness of the color. I will say that it was fallout city on the face, even with a wet brush, so be careful using it.

That’s this week’s recap, folks. Let me know in the comments below what products you were loving this week.

Until next time, Beauties!! xoxo
