Best of 2017: Honorable Metnions

Welcome back, Beauties!! I’ve shared with you guys all of my favorites from 2017, but also wanted to show some love to a few products that I didn’t use for too long in 2017, but enjoyed using.

The products I’m about to share with you are things that I really enjoyed in 2017, but didn’t have in my collection or use long enough to call them favorites for the year.

I didn’t get the Ofra Liquid Lipsticks until late November/Early December, so I couldn’t put them in my favorite lip products of the year post because I hadn’t worn them for long enough. However, I love these. They have a more mousse-like formula, and don’t give you the dreaded butthole lips. I definitely plan on purchasing more of these in 2018.

The L’Oreal Infallible Blend Artist Foundation Blender is a sponge I’d had in my collection before, but hadn’t used until the end of 2017. You guys, this sponge is awesome. It’s comparable to the Beauty Blender, but is only $7.99 instead of $20. I just bought a backup for mine, because I can’t see myself not having this in my collection.

I think I picked up the Becca Apres Ski Glow Face Palette in October or November of 2017, so I couldn’t call it a favorite for the whole year. It was also limited edition, which is another reason I didn’t include it in my favorites. However, I love this palette, so if you can find it still, I’d definitely say pick it up.

The Smashbox Primer Water has been featured in a Product Spotlight post here on the blog, but I didn’t start using it until the winter of 2017, so I couldn’t put it in my annual favorites. However, I really like this since my skin is hella dry right now. It hydrates my skin in the morning before I apply my makeup without making my skin too dewy and greasy or disrupting my foundation.

These are the products that I enjoyed in 2017 but couldn’t call them best of products. Let me know in the comments below what some of your 2017 honorable mentions are.

Until next time, Beauties!! xoxo
