Week in Review (12/18-12/22): This Week’s Looks

Happy Friday, Beauties!! This has quickly become one of my favorite posts to do every week. Let’s take a look at the makeup looks I did this week.

This was another week of color for me, and I’m not even mad about it. To see these images daily, make sure you’re following me on Instagram @theregulargirlreviews. That way, you also get the info on what products I use every day to achieve the looks you see in culmination on Fridays.

Anywho, enough babbling. Let’s get into it!

This week, I was really into my eyes matching my outfits in some way. I don’t really know why, because you guys know I’m typically a warm neutral fifty shades of brown kinda girl. Since I was testing some colorful shadows by Kat Von D this week anyway, I found myself building my outfits around my the shadow I wanted to use. Guys, who am I becoming?! Not only did I use colorful shadows (just on the lid because, you know, baby steps), I also used a colorful liner that I’ve had in my collection forever and hadn’t touched. That occurred on Wednesday. I used a green pencil liner from the Cover Girl Queen Collection in the shade Jade. It’s super creamy and lasts all day without smudging or feathering.

My favorite look this week was Monday’s look. I love the way the blue shadow made my eyes look. The shadow is one of the Kat Von D Metal Crush singles in the shade Paranoid. I’m so glad my friend Georgia sent this to me, because I probably wouldn’t have tried it otherwise. I have a total of four, but have only used two so far. I can’t wait to use the others and review them for you guys.

What was your favorite look this week? Tag me with yours on Instagram.

Until next time, Beauties!! xoxo
