Hello and welcome back, Beauties!! We all have purchased stuff at one point or another that we don’t necessarily feel the same way about anymore. Today, I’ll share some of mine.

As I’ve begun finding my groove with makeup and skincare, I’ve come to the realization that some stuff isn’t for me, while others are actually more my style than I initially thought. Let’s take a look at some of the products I’ve changed my mind about over the past few months and I’ll tell you how I felt upon initial use, and how that’s changed for the better….or for the worst.

Liquid foundation is something that I was hardcore not into for a long time. I found that it irritated my skin for whatever reason, giving me the itchies as I like to call them. Lately, I have definitely had a change of heart, and find myself actually looking forward to putting it on. Who woulda thunk it, right?!

Tarte Shape Tape….I mean, I’ve told you guys that I really just don’t vibe with this concealer at all. However, there was a brief moment in time that I actually enjoyed this product. I don’t know what happened. One day, I liked it and it gave me the look I want. Literally the next time I used it, I hated it.

Liquid eyeliner and I have a tumultuous relationship to say the least. I’ve purchased numerous liquid eyeliners over the years and either threw them away or gave them away without having used it more than once, maybe. This one from Too Faced and Kandee Johnson totally changed my whole outlook on liquid liner. I still can’t do a proper wing consistently (in all honesty, I can put a good wing on one eye, while the other eye looks janky af, but I digress), but I can at least give it a try with this cutie.

I used to swear by the Simple Micellar face wipes for removing my makeup. While I still think that they are a good product, I no longer feel that they are the best method for me and my aging skin when it comes to makeup removal. So, although I still think that they are a good product, they no longer are a good product FOR ME, if that makes sense.

I’m sure I have more products in my collection that I’ve changed my mind about, so stay tuned for part two. Let me know in the comments below what products you’ve changed your mind about lately.

Until next time, Beauties!! xoxo
