Get It or Forget It?: Becca Apre Ski Glow Collection Eye Lights Palette

Welcome back, Beauties! I broke down and purchased the Becca Holiday 2017 eyeshadow palette. I’ve tested it out and am ready to share my thoughts on it with you.

Initially, I wasn’t  going to pick up the Becca Apres Ski Glow Collection: Eye Lights Eyeshadow palette (which is currently on sale at Ulta for $29, FYI) because it’s an all shimmer palette of shades that I have in other palettes. However, the way my obsession with Becca products is set up, I succumbed to the beauty of the packaging and picked it up.

The shades in the palette are all existing shades of their Shimmering Skin Perfector Pressed highlighters except for two new shades. The names are Rose Quartz, Hot Cocoa (new), Toasted Marshmallow (new), Topaz, Opal, Moonstone, and Pearl. I have most of these shades in their original format, so to say I didn’t necessarily need this palette is an understatement. But I totally needed it at the same time because, look at that packaging!!!!

I’m happy to say that this palette was exactly what I expected it to be. They perform just as well as the highlighters do, which you can totally use on the eyes, but whatever. The part that surprised me is that these last for twelve hours on the eyes without a primer. Y’all know that I don’t tend to prime my eyes because, time, so it’s super important to me that shadows last on me. These totally did and applied without fallout or anything. They didn’t even have any kickback in the pan.

If you have any of the Becca highlighters, you don’t necessarily need this palette, but if you’re a collector like me or don’t own any of the highlighters, I totally recommend this palette. It’s definitely Regular Girl Approved.

Let me know if you’re going to pick this palette up, especially since it’s on sale right now.

Until next time! xoxo
