Brand I Wanna Try: The Balm

Hey beauties! I’ve heard so many things about The Balm, but have never tried anything from them. Let’s get into the products I’m curious about the most.¬†

The Balm is one of those brands that everyone talks about on The Tube that I’m just totally clueless about. The packaging is super cute, and I love the names they give to their products. For whatever reason, I have yet to purchase anything from them. Below are a couple of the items I’ve heard the most about that I’m interested in checking out.

The Nude Beach eyeshadow palette is my color story for sure. I love a warm eyeshadow palette. I’ve heard that these shadows aren’t intensely pigmented, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. There is such a thing as too much pigmentation, so I can appreciate a palette that allows me to kind of build things up to where I want them.

I’ve heard so many great things about the Mad Lash mascara that I really have to try it at this point. I’m always on the hunt for a great mascara that will make me fall in love with it like the Lash Princess did. The curved wand is said to create crazy volume, so I have to test that theory.

Matte liquid lipsticks are such a struggle for me. I’m a little bit choosy with them. The Meet Matt(e) Hughes Liquid Lipsticks are said to be nicely pigmented and not super drying on the lips, two characteristics I love in a matte liquid lip. They have a lot of colors that appeal to me, which is what sparked my curiosity prior to seeing any reviews on them.

That’s pretty much everything I’m looking to try from The Balm, beauties. Do you have any favorite Balm products to recommend? Let me know in the comments below.

Until next time! xoxo
